Dr. Austin Davis, DC
Dr. Davis's passion for chiropractic is personal. As a young athlete he suffered a serious sports-related neck injury, and chiropractic care is what helped him fully recover. That experience is why he understands the importance of restoring natural function while avoiding pharmaceuticals and surgery, and it set him on the path to becoming a third-generation chiropractor.
Having grown up in a small town, Dr. Davis's main focus is building a strong, healthy community and seeing families grow together. Outside the office he and his family love the outdoors, cooking, skiing and adventuring together.
Dr. Davis graduated with clinical honors from Life Chiropractic College West in 2011 and opened his first practice in the San Francisco Bay Area before bringing Life Chiropractic to Missoula. He continues at Life West as a faculty advisor and mentor to students and young doctors. He serves as president of the Montana Chiropractic Council and is Montana's representative for the International Chiropractic Association. He is the official chiropractor of the Missoula PaddleHeads, was the official chiropractor for the Italian Luna Rossa team in the America's Cup, and has cared for professional athletes across the country. His additional study has focused on prenatal, postnatal and infant care.
Dr. Davis also cares for animals. He sees dogs, cats and other small animals here at the office, and horses and livestock through his mobile practice, Legacy Animal Chiropractic.
