Why care during pregnancy
Your body is changing quickly.
In a few months your posture shifts, your center of gravity moves forward, and hormones loosen the ligaments around your pelvis. Your nervous system coordinates all of it, from how your muscles respond to how your body adapts as your baby grows.
Prenatal chiropractic care focuses on keeping that communication clear and your spine and pelvis moving well, so your body can adapt with more comfort. Every adjustment is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and to how you're feeling that day.
The Webster technique
Dr. Davis uses the Webster technique, a specific analysis and adjustment of the pelvis and sacrum. Its goal is to support pelvic balance and ease stress on the surrounding muscles and ligaments as your body prepares for delivery.
